Trauma-Informed Spiritual Counseling
$200/hr
Most of us go through life in “trauma colored glasses,” not even realizing that even our most mundane-seeming daily interactions can be warped by unhealed trauma. Go beyond traditional talk therapy to truly explore your deepest self, to heal at the root, to bring all the fractured parts of yourself back into wholeness.
Sessions may be held either on Zoom or in person at Rachel’s sanctuary. You may choose to meet weekly, biweekly, or as needed
Clearing, Cleansing & Protection Rituals

There are times and circumstances in our lives that require more direct action and deeper support. These can include major life events like births, deaths, life transitions, issues surrounding miscarriage and IVF, motherhood, end-of-life counseling, and going no-contact with toxic family members. A talk session with Rachel is required before booking clearing, cleansing, and protection rituals.

In-Person & Remote Reiki
$200/hr
Rachel is a Level 2 Reiki practitioner who adds elements of energy work and other healing modalities in her sessions. Whether held in person or remotely, these sessions offer an opportunity to release stuck energies and recharge your heart, body, and spirit without relying on the mind or cognitive processing.
Integration Sessions
$200/hr
Have you had an experience in an altered state of consciousness that left you unsettled? Whether you traveled to the Amazon and came back with more questions than answers, are working through a difficult experience, or find yourself in uncharted territory, working with Rachel to process, ground, and contextualize your experience can help you renew your footing on your path so you may proceed with more peace, clarity, and insight.
Spiritual Path Consultation
$250/80-minute session
Entering into a conscious path of spiritual development and awakening can be a difficult proposition. How do we begin? What do we specficially do? In this special consultation, Rachel will work with you to assess where you are on your journey, and share with you practices, rituals, modes of prayer, and means to incorporate divine energy into your day-to-day life. No previous religious or spiritual affiliation is necessary; in fact, this non-dogmatic approach is meant to remind us:

Ceremonial Cacao

Ceremonial Cacao is a beautiful medicine used for thousands of years as a heart opener. Gather together in community to be held, to let go of what no longer serves you, and reconnect to gratitude. Details for specific offerings will be provided in the newsletter.
Sacred Fire Circle
$75
Held in-person on Rachel’s land, Fire Circles give an opportunity to come together to make offerings, release and transmute stuck energies, and to tie your own prayer ties on a sacred tree. Some circles will be announced around specific themes, and others will be open.
Prayer materials are provided, and attendees are invited to bring any specific offerings that are resonant with you, and some food to share with the group afterwards.
